How to earn rewards:

• Deposit USDD into your Poloniex account;
• Hold at least 10 USDD to be eligible for the rewards;
• We will take four snapshots of your USDD balance at 00:00, 06:00, 12:00, and 18:00 UTC every day;
• USDD in pending orders, pending deposits, and pending withdrawals will not count towards your balance;
• Rewards will be distributed to your Poloniex account every other week.

 

Reward calculation: 

Reward calculation: USDD reward for a user = Total USDD the user holds *30%* Number of snapshots showing that the user holds USDD/365 days/4 (number of snapshots taken each day).

 

Eligibility:

To receive rewards, your Poloniex account must meet the following criteria at the time of the distribution:

• Your account must be in good standing (not closed or frozen)
• Your account is not located in the prohibited countries or jurisdictions specified in the Poloniex User Agreement

• For example: User A has a balance of 20,000 USDD after depositing/trading on May 20 at 14:00 (UTC) and holds the same amount until May 27 at 11:59 (UTC). Therefore, User A has 7 days of snapshots (7*4=28 snapshots in total), which translates into a prize of 20,000 USDD*30%*28/365/4 = 115 USDD.

Rewards: 

During the campaign, users whose average USDD balance reaches 300 USDD can enjoy an extra weighted yield on top of the 30% APY. A user can enjoy up to 40% APY. The longer you hold USDD, the higher yields you will earn. The prize pool totals 15,000 USDD. Detailed rules are as follows:

Rules and Terms:

1. Campaign period: 7 days, May 12, 2022 at 12:00 – May 19, 2022 at 11:59 (UTC)
2. Users may join the campaign on any given day, and Poloniex will take four snapshots of users’ USDD balance randomly on a daily basis. Please make sure you have a sufficient USDD balance in [Wallet > Asset Balance > USDD] during this time. USDD in pending orders, pending deposits, and pending withdrawals will not count towards your balance.
3. Only users whose average USDD balance reaches 300 USDD are eligible for the bonus campaign. For users with over 50,000 USDD as the average USDD balance, the portion exceeding 50,000 USDD will not count toward reward calculation.
   • Reward calculation: USDD reward for a user = Total USDD the user holds (50,000 USDD at most) * (30% + weighted yield) * Number of snapshots showing that the user holds 300 USDD or more /365 days/4 (number of snapshots taken each day).
   • For example: User A has a balance of 50,000 USDD after depositing/trading on the second day of the campaign and holds the same amount until the end of the campaign. Therefore, User A has 6 days of snapshots (6*4=24 snapshots in total) and a weighted yield of 10% (5%+5%=10%), which translates into a prize of 50,000 USDD*(30%+10%)*24/365/4 = 328.77 USDD. Users’ rewards earned with a 30% APY will be distributed as staking rewards, while the other portion with a weighted yield of up to 10% will be airdropped to their spot accounts.
4. Rewards are calculated based on the APY of the stage and start to accrue when the first snapshot of the account’s balance is taken. The total prize pool of this campaign is 15,000 USDD. At the end of the campaign, if we determine that the total prize pool is not enough to offer an APY as specified, we will distribute the prize to users in proportion to the number of snapshots and their average USDD balance.
5. Reward distribution: The rewards earned with the weighted yield will be distributed in ten working days after the campaign ends. You can log in to your account and view the rewards in Activity > Wallet.
6. If we determine that a user is using multiple accounts in an attempt to win prizes repeatedly, we will disqualify that user from this campaign.
7. We are unable to distribute rewards or airdrops to customer accounts that are frozen, closed, or based in a prohibited country.  Prohibited locations include: American Samoa, Cuba, Guam, Iran (the Islamic Republic of), Democratic People’s Republic of Korea, the Chinese Mainland, Northern Mariana Islands, Puerto Rico, Seychelles, Syrian Arab Republic, United States minor outlying islands, the United States, and Virgin Islands (U.S.).
8. The rules of the promotion shall be subject to Poloniex’s interpretations and decisions, which shall be final.  We reserve the right to disqualify any person who is known or suspected to be cheating or violating any rules and regulations set by Poloniex.
